Start with Your Material and Production Targets

Choosing a crusher starts with the material it will process. Rock strength, abrasiveness, feed size and moisture all influence equipment selection. The required output sizes and the intended use of the aggregate are equally important.

At the fair, you can discuss your project with Leimeng using a few practical details:

1. Raw material: limestone, granite, basalt, river stone or another material.
2. Maximum feed size: the largest material entering the plant.
3. Required capacity: your target throughput in tonnes per hour.
4. Final products: the aggregate sizes or manufactured sand you need.
5. Site conditions: available space, power supply, water availability and relocation requirements.

If available, bring material photos, a site layout or your current process flow diagram. For an existing plant, tell us where production falls short—whether it is excessive wear, inconsistent output, poor particle shape or a screening bottleneck.

Crushing and Screening Equipment for Different Project Needs

For an existing line, start with the bottleneck. A larger crusher may offer limited benefit if screening or conveying capacity is already restricting output. Reviewing the current equipment and production figures helps identify which part of the process needs attention.
